Get Ready to Vote
On Election Day, Nov. 8, voters will decide who will occupy the three most important positions in New York City government: Mayor, City Council Speaker and Comptroller. But in order to vote in the General Election, you must be a registered voter.
If you are not a registered voter, or if you recently changed your name or address, you will need to register. The deadline for registering to vote for the upcoming election is Oct. 14.
