Plasterers Ratify Contract by a Whopping 92%

“It was a great ratification,” said Richard Hendershot, vice president of Local 237, of the 92 percent acceptance rate. Hendershot was on
hand to congratulate Housing Division Director Edmund Kane, Trustee Ruben Torres and Prevailing Wage Division Deputy Director Donald Arnold who counted ballots with Housing Authority Plasterers Paul Patscot, Anthony Demeco and Frank Spallino, a supervisor.
Counting the ballots are from left, Housing Authority Plasterer Anthony Demeco, Supervisor of Plasterers Frank Spallino, Local 237 Trustee Ruben Torres and Deputy Director Prevailing Wage Division Donald Arnold.
