For nearly 50 years, Overnite Transportation fought unionization. But once UPS bought Overnite, and the Teamsters won a neutrality agreement from the newly formed UPS Freight, more than 11,000 drivers and dockworkers signed authorization cards to join the union in just 12 weeks.

Our goal is to give all workers that same freedom. The freedom to choose a union without interference from their employers.
