Annette Green, a dedicated caretaker, passed away unexpectedly on Monday while carrying out her duties at the Brevoort Houses, where she had worked for nearly 20 years.

Ms. Green was a devoted mother and grandmother and was respected for her strong work ethic. NYCHA co-workers in Brooklyn affectionately called her “Mama Green”. She was known for her positive attitude and love of gospel music.

We extend our condolences to Ms. Green’s family and friends. She will be sorely missed by her Local 237 family.
