Mr. Santana became a member of Local 237 in 2009.  He is a graduate of the Local 237 union training courses and is very happy with his union representation.  Mr. Santana regularly attends chapter meetings and advocates for being an active union member. He says that union membership provides “protection – unions are always being attacked and they level the playing field with management.”

On the job, he enjoys working with people as a team while trying to help out others.

He is married to Teresa Santana. They have two boys, Fabian and Xavier.  In his spare time, Mr. Santana enjoys fishing, camping, 4x4 off roading and vacations.  He likes water parks and family events in general.
